Shipping policy

Every stamp and disc is printed after your order comes in. We hold no shelf stock, so there is a real production step between your order and your mailbox — we would rather say that plainly than pretend it ships from a warehouse.

We print in the order that orders arrive, on our own printers here in Illinois. If something is going to take unusually long — a large order, or a custom stamp that needs a second pass — we will email you rather than leave you wondering.

Shipping rates

• Free shipping on any order of 2 or more items.
• Free shipping on orders of $35 or more.
• $7.99 standard shipping on a single item under $35.

We currently ship within the United States only.

Tracking

You will get a tracking number by email as soon as your order is handed to the carrier. How long it takes from there depends on the carrier and where you are, which is not something we control.

Wrong address, or something did not arrive

Email support@321cookie.com. If you catch an address mistake before we ship, we can almost always fix it. If a parcel goes missing in transit, tell us and we will remake and reship it — see our Refund Policy.
